John Rylands University Library (University of Manchester) will digitize its collection of over forty Middle English manuscripts, including theForme of Cury (a 14th century cookbook); one of the earliest complete manuscript editions of The Canterbury Tales; poetry by John Lydgate; and a 500-year-old bible. The project begins this autumn, and should be complete some time next year.
